Double servo CNC bending machine

The cylinder mounting planes on the press brake frame are key datums for left/right cylinder synchronization and consistent bending angles. A high-precision portable CMM samples multiple points on the Y1 and Y2 cylinder contact surfaces, controlling flatness to 0.001mm. This eliminates planar deviations caused by machining stress and ensures gap-free cylinder assembly, maintaining stable bending angles over long service, reducing sway and angle drift, and extending precision service life.

Perpendicularity between the cylinder mounting surfaces and worktable is a key geometric datum. The Y1 and Y2 mounting datums are measured separately against the table to strictly control right-angle deviation. Errors can cause diagonal bending errors, sheet movement and unequal angles along different edges. Strict perpendicularity control keeps cylinder force normal to the table and balanced on both sides, eliminates inherent geometric errors, and maintains diagonal accuracy and angle stability over long use.

An efficiently cooled, constant-temperature hydraulic system precisely controls oil temperature around 40℃. During prolonged heavy-load operation of high-tonnage dual-servo press brakes, it suppresses heat buildup, reduces oil degradation and seal aging, eliminates pressure drift, stabilizes bending repeatability, reduces maintenance frequency and extends hydraulic system service life.

Supports remote parameter verification, process setup assistance and firmware upgrades. Most software and parameter faults can be resolved online, reducing waits for on-site visits and downtime losses, with fast after-sales support for batch production.
Backgauge System

The support structure combines rigidity and resistance to off-center loads, remaining stable during thick-plate bending with less drift and vibration. Precision drive screws ensure accurate, smooth backgauge positioning, maintaining dimensional accuracy and consistent forming during sustained heavy-duty work and supporting reliable long-term operation of high-tonnage equipment.

Two guide rails share the moving backgauge load, replacing conventional single-rail, single-point loading. High-rigidity steel rails strengthen the structure and resist beam sag and drift over long travel and under heavy loads. High-speed reciprocating positioning stays smooth with less vibration.
The exterior follows European and American safety design principles, with protection concepts led by a European design team. Its solid, refined appearance suits high-end manufacturing workshops, combining safety and visual appeal.
Premium CNC press brake options include laser safety protection and laser precision devices. They protect the bending area and correct bending accuracy in real time. Compatible with multiple CNC press brake series, they are ideal for upgrading sheet metal equipment.
Improves operating convenience and workpiece positioning accuracy. Scans hazardous areas in real time without physically obstructed blind spots.

The entire process from sheet cutting and precision milling to finished parts is controlled in-house. Each part’s tolerances, flatness and assembly fit are internally checked. This avoids positioning errors from inconsistent outsourced components, ensures backgauge repeatability over long-term batch bending, and reduces future wear and loosening risks.
